Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Critical Access Hospital setting located in Morristown, Vermont. This role is integral to providing high-quality, age-specific direct patient care within our Emergency Room department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, utilizing the full scope of the Nursing Process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, all while adhering to established Department of Nursing Standards and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care.
This position also involves leadership responsibilities, including the delegation of tasks to other levels of healthcare professionals, ensuring efficient and compliant patient care delivery in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations governing healthcare provision.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver age-specific, direct patient care to a diverse patient population in an Emergency Room setting.
