Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,270 per week in Bedford, NH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of one full year of recent adult home health experience License: Active nursing license required Certifications: CPR and BLS required Must-Have: Proficiency in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase EMR Description: The position involves providing home health visits to patients in their residences. The nurse will manage an average daily caseload of 5 to 10 patients. Weekly productivity expectations are set at 30 units. Documentation, travel, and visit types carry different point values. The nurse will be responsible for completing all documentation within 24 hours of the patient appointment. There will be no guaranteed hours for this contract. If the patient census is low, the nurse should contact the account manager for potential floating opportunities. The following case types may be encountered: Start of Care, Wound Care, Follow-up visits, and other adult home health services. Travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic is required. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and liability insurance are necessary. Mileage reimbursement will be provided according to standard rates. Candidates must have relevant experience and must have completed OASIS training within the last six months. First-time travelers will not be considered for this position. The nurse will attend periodic office meetings as required. Candidates must be willing to accept all patient assignments regardless of distance. All clinicians must demonstrate proficiency with the required EMR systems.
