Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.

Certifications Requirements:

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Valid Wisconsin RN license.
• EPIC certification or demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or end-of-life care.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in symptom management and patient education in hospice care.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation for hospital and community visits.
• Strong communication skills, compassionate demeanor, and ability to collaborate with healthcare teams.
