The average daily census for this office is approximately 35-45 patients. The RN will perform visits in both private homes and facilities. The role includes conducting initial evaluations, follow-ups, and supervisory visits. The RN is required to have experience with the EPIC charting system. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team. The RN will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and dignity of patients at end-of-life stages.
