Travel Nurse RN - Hospice - $2,475 per week in Missoula, MT

**Exciting Opportunity for Hospice RN – Join Us in Making a Difference!** **Job Description:** - Are you passionate about providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families in need? - As a Hospice RN – Case Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering skilled nursing care and coordinating comprehensive services in the comfort of patients' homes. - This position offers an exciting entry point as a Visiting RN, with the potential to advance to Case Manager while maintaining essential clinical responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver skilled nursing care and coordinate comprehensive support for patients and their families. - Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and plan treatment interventions based on patients' physical and psychosocial needs. - Supervise and support Home Health Aides and CNAs, ensuring compliance with care plans. - Facilitate seamless communication and case conferences with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to assure continuity of care. - Promote quality outcomes through effective symptom management, teaching, counseling, and timely referrals. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with Agency standards and OASIS requirements. - Participate in on-call rotations, assessing and addressing patient needs via phone or home visits as necessary. - Engage in quality improvement initiatives and attend in-service training opportunities. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Current RN license in the State of Montana (BSN preferred). - Valid driver's license, appropriate auto insurance, and reliable transportation. - 2 years of recent experience in acute care, home care, or hospice preferred, with clinical skills in venipuncture, catheterization, wound care, and/or parenteral therapy. - Experience with HCHB is strongly preferred. **Schedule:** - Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with on-call and weekend rotation. - 8-week contract. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** - At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country. - Enjoy competitive pay, seamless onboarding, and a supportive recruiter who’s with you every step of the way. - Join us — where your expertise makes a difference every day!
