Job Summary:
The ICU Medical (Intensive Care Unit Medical) registered nurse position is located in Dallas, TX. The role involves providing specialized care for critically ill patients in a busy, high-acuity unit. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and adaptability to support patient needs in an ICU setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas RN license; minimum of 2 years of ICU or Medical ICU (MICU) experience; BLS; ACLS
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech electronic documentation system; CCRN certification preferred
• Special Skills/Experience required: 2+ years MICU/MSICU experience; proficiency with all ICU equipment including ventilators, NX Stage, Arctic Sun, GE Cardiac Output monitor
• Unit specifics: Assignments based on acuity and skills; all ICU procedures including central line placements, bedside thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other ICU procedures
• Dress Code: RN: Royal Blue Scrubs; neat and clean appearance; no artificial nails or gels; hair pulled back if shoulder length or longer; body art covered whenever possible; no visible piercings other than ears
• Floating policy: Floating may be required as needed
• Attendance policy: The organizations attendance policy will be followed
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
