Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis and unit level.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices.
• Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or CCU setting.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
