Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated.
• Support facility leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Ensure competency of clinical staff.
• Manage resources related to patient care efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required.
• Ability to float to different levels of care including ICU, PCU, Tele, or Med/Surge as needed.
