Job Details

High‑acuity ICU travel assignment providing comprehensive critical care to diverse patient populations. Nurses will manage ventilators, titrate drips, perform frequent assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence‑based critical care to complex patients
  • Perform continuous assessments and reassessments
  • Manage sedation, drips, ventilators, and advanced airway support
  • Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
  • Document clinical interventions and patient responses
  • Collaborate with physicians, RTs, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Support unit quality and safety initiatives

Required Experience

  • 2 years recent ICU experience
  • 2 years conscious sedation experience
  • 2 years IV insertion & phlebotomy
  • Strong critical‑care competency

Certifications

  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • Active New York RN license (must be in hand)

Education

  • ASN/ADN or Nursing Diploma

Additional Notes

  • RTO must be <3 days
  • No holiday RTO accepted
  • Must provide updated resume with last 7 years of work history
  • First‑time traveler friendly
