Education & Experience: 1.5 years of experience, Current state or compact license required, familiarity with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, management of multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, arterial blood gases interpretation, suctioning (ETT, NT), and isolation precautions/PPE. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients within the ICU setting, utilizing advanced clinical skills to manage complex patient conditions and ensure optimal outcomes.
