Travel Nurse RN - Infusion - $1,946 per week in Winston Salem, NC

Job Title: RN - Infusion Profession: RN Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 (M-F, 8:10 AM - 5 PM) Experience: Minimum 1 year in oncology/infusion setting License: BLS Certifications: Chemo/Bio certification required Must-Have: Administration of anti-neoplastic agents, port access, IV start skills, knowledge of chemo/immunotherapy side effects and management Description: This position involves working in an outpatient infusion clinic. You will be responsible for administering infusions to patients with various types of cancer. The average daily patient census is approximately 125. You will work with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality care in a team-oriented environment. Patient ratios will be no more than 1:4, depending on the pod assigned. Support is available from leadership, RNs, LPNs, MAs, and MDs. Lab and radiology services are onsite. Familiarity with EMR systems is required. No floating to other units is expected. There is no weekend rotation and no on-call responsibilities. The unit is closed on holidays. Scrub color will be royal blue.
