To be considered for this Adult Outpatient Oncology/Infusion RN position in California, candidates need:

Required experience and skills:

• Outpatient chemotherapy/infusion experience is mandatory.
• Recent Epic experience—6–12 months within the past year. Confirm the exact minimum.
• Ability to care for adults receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hydration, iron, blood products, IVIG, antibiotics, and chemotherapy injections.
• Candidates screened by phone must answer basic clinical oncology/infusion questions.

Education, licensure, and certifications:

• Current California RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification.
• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred.
• OCN certification is a bonus, not required.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 1 year of RN experience in the specialty. This duration is listed as preferred, while outpatient chemotherapy/infusion experience itself is required.
• Willingness to float within the same cluster or a similar department is highly desirable.

Schedule and setting:

• Four 10-hour shifts, with 40 guaranteed hours weekly.
