GI care: feeding tube management. Medication skills: PCA, procedural sedation administration, heparin protocols, and managing cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration). Cardiovascular care: post MI, cardiac caths & angiograms, dysrhythmia management & interpretation, telemetry on the unit monitoring.
