Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,618 per week in San Diego, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Must-Have: Must have experience with A-lines and phlebotomy. Must have experience with PICC Lines, Chest Tubes, Vents, Tele, and IV Start. Description: NEO Dates are for October and November starts. Holidays require working 2 out of 3 specified days which include Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Registered Nurses (RNs) must be willing to float to various locations. RNs may float to the emergency department in case of inpatient overflow in the ER. Required experiences include cardiac, neuro, general, stroke, medical, surgical, kidney, liver solid organ transplant, and trauma. A four-week schedule will be provided to RNs two weeks in advance. There is no blocked or self-scheduling. RNs will receive a phone call two hours before their shift to inform them of the facility they will be working in. Candidates must have experience with pulmonary artery lines and intracranial pressure monitoring. References from previous managers will be required. Candidates must be flexible and prepared to work in various units as needed based on census and unit requirements.
