Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. License: Active California state license required. Certifications: ACLS and BLS certifications required. Must-Have: - Experience with A-lines, phlebotomy, PICC lines, chest tubes, vents, tele, and IV starts. - Experience with various patient populations, including cardiac, neuro, general, stroke, medical, surgical, kidney, liver solid organ transplant, and trauma. Description: NEO dates are available for October and November starts. Holidays must be worked on two out of three major holidays, including Christmas day and eve, Thanksgiving day and after, New Year's eve and day. Registered nurses may float to different locations during their contract as needed. Floating may occur to emergency departments or inpatient overflow. A four-week schedule will be provided two weeks in advance. No blocked or self-scheduling is available. Registered nurses will be informed of their assigned facility two hours before their shift. Candidates must possess experience in high-acuity settings and the ability to handle complex patient care. Interdisciplinary support is integral to patient care. Experience with additional procedures or equipment may be beneficial.
