Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work night shift alongside a team that includes charge nurses, floor nurses, and patient care technicians
• Document patient care and clinical information using Meditech EMR
• Float to Med/Surg and PCU areas as needed per unit guidelines
• Adhere to unit call-in policy by notifying the unit before 5:00 AM for night shift absences
• Complete a minimum of 4 shifts per scheduling period, including required weekend shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of PCU/Progressive Care experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Ability to wear royal blue scrubs per dress code policy

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or step-down setting
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
