    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Prescott, Arizona, 86301!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC/PCU/Stepdown Float Pool

    Location

    Prescott, AZ

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required | Holidays included in rotation

    Key Responsibilities
    • Float across MedSurg Telemetry and PCU units on multiple campuses, including coverage for inpatients holding in the ED
    • Provide direct patient care for geriatric, orthopedic, post-procedural, post-MI, post-cardiac catheterization, and post-CABG (day 3–4) patients
    • Titrate and manage drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, and Insulin
    • Interpret cardiac monitor strips; work alongside monitor techs covering PCU and MedSurg Telemetry
    • Manage respiratory equipment including CPAP, BiPAP, and Heated High Flow in applicable units
    • Care for groin sites in the stepdown unit following cardiac catheterization procedures
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN licensure in good standing
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a PCU setting
    • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
    • Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher within two attempts prior to contract signing
    • Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythm strips
    • Comfort managing the majority of titratable drips listed above
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a float pool or multi-unit environment
    • Familiarity with post-cardiac catheterization care and groin site management
    • Experience with BiPAP, CPAP, and Heated High Flow oxygen delivery
