Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,299 per week

MediPro is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Torrance, California.

Minimum of three (3) years of recent L&D nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.
Certifications: CA RN license, AHA BLS/ACLS/NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring Cert, NIHSS, MAB or CPI, LA Fire Card

RNs will be monitoring maternal and fetal status, interpreting fetal heart rate patterns, administering medications, managing, assisting with complicated labor and deliveries, and providing routine nursing interventions.
RNs will be providing triage assessment, responding to obstetric urgent, emergent and scheduled C-sections, post-op recovery, breastfeeding support, and neonatal resuscitation, supporting pain management strategies such as epidural care, providing education and emotional support to patients and families, and ensuring safe transitions to postpartum or newborn care.
RNs will provide comprehensive nursing care to women at various stages of pregnancy, and labor in the Labor and Delivery unit.
