Job Summary:
A Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse position is available in Northampton, Massachusetts. This role involves providing family-centered care for patients in labor, postpartum patients, antepartum conditions, and those with gynecological issues. The position requires interaction with adult patients and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality clinical care during night shifts.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The schedule includes working every other weekend, with the possibility of a 48-hour workweek.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, Fetal Heart Monitoring (AWHONN), and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.

  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
