The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team. You will work collaboratively as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and contribute to each patient's treatment plan by helping develop, implement, and document appropriate goals and interventions, informed by patient strengths and presenting psychiatric problems.
