Compensation & Schedule Details
Hours & Shift: 36 hours per week (12-hour Nights)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Target Start Date: August 31, 2026 (or ASAP per onboarding)
Rates & Multipliers: Overtime (OT) and Call-Back (CB) billed at 1.2x. Facility can cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract. A coversheet is required at the time of submission.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Greater than 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery required (4+ years preferred).
Hard Skills: Phlebotomy, IV insertion, EFM, vaginal exams, circulating in the OR for C-sections, and assisting with instrumental deliveries.
Licensure: Active New Jersey RN license or multi-state compact license in hand.
Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM (Advanced AWHONN/EFM) required.
Education: ASN required (BSN preferred).
