Job Summary:
A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) at a healthcare facility located in Missoula, Montana. This role involves providing maternal care and support during the labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. The position is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and baby in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and a teaching hospital environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure, L&D and Post-Partum experience, 2 years of clinical experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a Level 3 NICU and teaching hospital.
• Float: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility.
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting various patient ratios depending on acuity (1:1, 2:1, 3:1), using electronic health records, and adhering to hospital dress code and safety standards. The facility is a designated Trauma Center and accredited Chest Pain Center, emphasizing high-quality maternal and neonatal care.
