Job Summary: Labor and Delivery Nurse in Helena, Montana. This position involves providing specialized maternal care within a labor and delivery department, supporting expectant mothers through various stages of childbirth. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes in a dynamic clinical environment.
Job Details:
Shift Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, combining day and night hours.
Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and AWHONN fetal heart monitoring; active licensing or certification in relevant specialties; all certifications must be current and on file at time of submission.
Experience: All candidates must have 2 years of experience working in labor and delivery or related maternal health settings.
Certifications: Active certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal heart monitoring.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 09/13/2026.
Additional Information: The role may involve floating to medical-surgical units, intensive care units, or emergency rooms to assist with patient care or provide support for stable adult overflow patients on the floor. Hospital provides scrubs in ciel blue. All demographic informationaddress, email, date of birth, social security number, and full namemust be provided at time of submission. RTO or schedule requests should be included at submission, as approvals post-submission are not guaranteed. There is a 70-mile radius rule for this assignment.
