Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Strong clinical knowledge of maternal, fetal, and newborn care
• Ability to thrive in a night-shift, high-acuity women’s health environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Labor & Delivery nursing care to laboring, postpartum, and perinatal patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Assist with labor support, delivery preparation, and patient education throughout the birth experience
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support safe, efficient patient flow in the OB setting
