The role involves working in a maternity unit with comprehensive maternity services and a Level II NICU. Candidates must have experience in facilities that handle 100-200 deliveries per year. Applicants should be prepared to work in a high-risk perinatal care environment. The patient care model aims for a 1:1 staffing ratio in labor and 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support. Expectations include floating to postpartum as required. The assignment requires flexibility in scheduling and commitment to holiday shifts. Two references covering one year of experience within the last three years are required.
