Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery.
The position involves providing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
The nurse will float within the facility as needed.
Unit specifics include caring for neonates, adolescents, and adults.
The daily census is approximately 3 patients with a staff ratio of 2 patients per nurse.
Candidates will need to have experience with couplet care and triaging obstetrical patients.
Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and NRP are mandatory.
This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and following hospital policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the required charting systems.
Consideration will be given to those willing to accommodate scheduling needs.
