Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,864 per week in Norwalk, CT

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Profession: RN Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours (07:00 AM - 07:30 PM) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: RN License required Certifications: NRP - Advanced, ACLS, BLS, C-EFM (to be obtained within one year of assignment), AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: CT RN License NRP - Advanced ACLS BLS C-EFM through NCC within one year of start of first assignment AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring 2 years of experience Description: We are seeking experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses. The RN will be involved in scheduled inductions and repeat C-Sections. Responsibilities also include conducting non-stress tests, triage, infant care, and providing 1:1 RN care for epidural placements and Magnesium Sulfate administration. There may be a possibility to float to maternity. Candidates with experience in C-EFM are strongly preferred. Experience with Cerner documentation is highly desirable. NICU experience is also preferred.
