Certifications: NRP - Advanced, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, C-EFM within one year of start
Must-Have:
CT RN License
NRP - Advanced
ACLS
BLS
C-EFM through NCC within one year
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Description:
This position involves working as a registered nurse in the Labor and Delivery specialty.
Responsibilities include scheduled inductions, repeat C-Sections, non-stress tests, triage, infant care, and one-to-one RN care for epidural placements and Magnesium Sulfate administration.
There may be occasional assistance needed on day shifts.
There is a possibility of floating to maternity care.
Candidates with Cerner documentation experience and NICU experience are preferred.
