**Exciting Travel Opportunity: RN - Labor and Delivery (660) - 7:00PM - 7:00AM** **Job Description:** - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 7 - **Staffing:** Minimum 3 staff - **Day Shift:** 2 RNs and 1 OB Surgical Tech - **Night Shift:** 2 RNs and 1 OB Surgical Tech - **Patient Ratios:** Follow AWHONN acuity staffing ratios - **Type of Equipment:** GE, Centricity Perinatal - **EMR:** EPIC - **Hiring Profile:** - **Must-have Skills:** - 1 year LD experience - AWHONN intermediate fetal monitoring certification - Labor triage experience (QMP) - OR circulator experience (C-section, tubal ligation, D&C, vaginal repair, etc.) - Newborn resuscitation (attending delivery for low-risk newborns) - **Preferred Skills:** - IUPC/FSE Placement - Assist with JADA/COOKS/BAKRI placement - **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Induction of labor - Vaginal delivery - C-sections - Tubal ligation - Labor triage - Antepartum - D&C - Vaginal repair - NST - IUFD - Steroid injections (BMZ) - External cephalic version - **Personality Fit:** - Team player - Driven - Flexible - Honest - Accountable - **Required Certifications:** - RN - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring - **Floating Areas:** - May float as PCT (patient care tech) as needed with low census - **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color/Attire: Royal blue.
