Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 Night shifts, every other weekend required, 60 guaranteed hours per 2-week period

• Comprehensive services including 10 OB triage rooms, 10 LDR rooms, 3 OR suites, and 4 PACU rooms with approximately 7 deliveries daily
• Epic charting system in a 407-bed acute care facility with robust interdisciplinary support
• Assignment length options of 13 or 26 weeks with charge experience preferred or training available
• Free parking provided; scrubs supplied by facility
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of experience required

Requirements:

• Active Alaska RN license (must be in hand for immediate consideration; pending licenses accepted for screening)
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, and NRP
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency in high-risk antepartum care, neonatal resuscitation, fetal monitoring, and triage of obstetrical patients
• Experience with multiple births, cesarean sections, and postpartum hemorrhage management
• Ability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (local candidates not eligible)
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
