**Join Our Team as a Charge Nurse in Labor and Delivery!** **Job Description:** - **Position Title:** L&D RN - Charge Nurse - **Experience Required:** Must have Charge Nurse experience - **Location:** Alaska (Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility) - **Licensure:** AK RN license required for Auto Offer - **Assignment Length:** 13 or 26 Weeks - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Shift:** 3x12 or 4x12 Nights - **Years of Experience Required:** 1 year - **First Timers Accepted:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced - NRP - **Skills Required:** Charge experience preferred; willing to train as Charge Nurse - **On-call Requirement:** No - **Weekend Requirement:** Yes - every other weekend - **Floating Requirement:** May float to similar units if needed - **Block Schedule:** Not available - **Local Candidates:** Not accepted – candidates' permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility - **Pending License Accepted:** Yes, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer - **RTO Restrictions:** Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer.
