Shift Type: Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including weekend rotation (Fri/Sat nights)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $88 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced surveillance systems
• Assist with low and high-risk deliveries in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate with laborists and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and support postpartum care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• Minimum of 2 years of recent L&D experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN certifications required
• Ability to pass a proctored Dysrhythmia test onsite

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Cerner EMR and Fetal Link surveillance
• Strong understanding of advanced fetal monitoring
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to float to Peds and NICU as needed (feeders and growers)
