    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Grants, New Mexico, 87020!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP/OB) – Nights

    Location

    Grants, NM

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans across the perinatal continuum.
    • Deliver direct patient care in labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings, promoting optimal maternal and newborn outcomes.
    • Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families, supporting health literacy and successful transitions of care.
    • Direct and supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other ancillary personnel.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
    • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the broader interdisciplinary care team, and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
    Required Qualifications
    • Current New Mexico RN license or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license.
    • Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
    • OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months of hire.
    • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
    • Demonstrated skill in all aspects of perinatal care, labor support, delivery, and newborn assessment.
    • Knowledge of sterile technique and sterile field maintenance.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
    • SAFER NM Technician certification preferred.
    • Experience delivering compassionate, culturally competent care to patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced clinical environment.
