    Job Title

    Travel RN – Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) – Nights

    Location

    Santa Fe, New Mexico

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Obtain and record initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
    • Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring clinical intervention.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, measurable plans of care in accordance with nursing standards.
    • Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of clinical findings and patient outcomes, modifying care plans as needed.
    • Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning.
    • Perform Point of Care testing procedures and document timely, appropriate interventions.
    Required Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
    • Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state RN license.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
    • Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the AHA.
    • Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
    • Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age and type of patient population served in an LDRP setting.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, or Postpartum setting.
    • National professional nursing certification relevant to the clinical area.
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
