Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Weekly Pay: $3,265.00 ($90.69/hr effective rate)
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours: 36 Hours Per Week (Guaranteed)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns.
- Monitor fetal heart tracings and maternal conditions throughout labor.
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate during C-sections.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, recovery, and newborn care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Float to the Postpartum unit as needed.
Requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)
- Previous Cerner EMR experience preferred
- C-section circulating experience required
- Scrubbing experience preferred
Schedule
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend Required
- First to Float
- 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
