Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Santa Maria, CA Weekly Pay:$3,265.00 ($90.69/hr effective rate) Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Hours: 36 Hours Per Week (Guaranteed)

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive care to laboring mothers, postpartum patients, and newborns.
Monitor fetal heart tracings and maternal conditions throughout labor.
Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate during C-sections.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, recovery, and newborn care.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Float to the Postpartum unit as needed.
Requirements
Active RN License
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
ACLS Certification
BLS Certification
Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
COVID-19 Vaccination (Required)
Previous Cerner EMR experience preferred
C-section circulating experience required
Scrubbing experience preferred
Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Every Other Weekend Required
First to Float
36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
