Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Hackensack, New Jersey.
We are seeking an experienced Mother Baby RN to join the team. This position focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care to postpartum mothers and newborns in a couplet-care setting.
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Identify patient needs and prioritize care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manage patient care and document according to standards of practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered nursing care.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Mother Baby experience required
Experience with Mother Baby couplet care
ASN required
BLS – AHA required
NRP required
AWHONN Advanced or C-EFM required for all HMH facilities except JSUMC
NJ Registered Nurse license or multistate compact license required
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred
