Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care, oversee patient treatment plans, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers promptly.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and ancillary staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs.
• Promote patient-centered care and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
