Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin.

$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Opportunity:

RN - LTC

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour mid shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float between Short Term, Long Term, and CBRF units
• May be placed on call for low census hours
• 2+ years of previous SNF long-term care experience required
• Strong medication administration skills required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting required
• Work across two units: Unit 1 with 12 beds for short-term residents and 10 CBRF residents, and Unit 2 with 20 beds for long-term care
• Work alongside 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift during day and PM shifts
• Charting experience in ECS preferred but not required - training will be provided
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, BLS (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrubs required - must be clean and work appropriate
• Contractors must live outside 50 miles from facility

This skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility provides both short-term and long-term care services to its resident population. The facility operates multiple specialized units, including a short-term care unit, a long-term care unit, and a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) unit. The organization is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and provides a collaborative staffing environment with multiple aides and nurses working together on each shift.
