We have Area Nurse Managers on Days, on PM shift supervisor and if she is off, we have a charge nurse, on night shift we have a charge nurse.

This brings our CNA staffing ratio for Day Shift and PM shift at about a 1/6 CNA to resident staffing - which is our normal staffing pattern, if we move to our "minimum" staffing pattern, it is about 1/10 as a maximum!

Nurses are about a 1/18 resident/nurse ratio.
