**Travel Med-Surg RN – Nights | Fairfield Medical Center | Lancaster, OH**
**13-Week Contract | 36 Hours/Week | Nights**
We are seeking an experienced **Med-Surg Registered Nurse** for a 13-week travel assignment. Join a collaborative team providing high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy Medical-Surgical unit.
**Requirements:**
* Active Ohio RN License
* Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg RN experience
* Current BLS and ACLS certifications
* PALS preferred
* Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
* Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
**Assignment Details:**
* 13-week contract
* Night Shift: **7:00 PM – 7:30 AM**
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Holiday coverage required
* No on-call
* No 1099 contracts accepted
**Responsibilities:**
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to providers
* Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge
* Document all care accurately in Cerner EMR
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Delegate and supervise appropriate patient care activities while maintaining quality and safety standards
