Maintains proper supply quantity, rotation and expiration dates, ensuring incoming supplies have been received and labeled appropriately, maintaining Emergency Response Care for expiration and full supply list, enter in weekly orders for review/submission by manager, monitor oxygen and liquid nitrogen levels, notify manager of order as necessary, communicate any near expiration supply stock to be moved or cost transferred. Maintains adequate documentation of refrigeration/freezer temps, back up to manager in the event of an outage/emergency, possess knowledge of appropriate protocols during outage/emergency, create orders for approval by manager, perform and arrange required yearly trainings and in-services for annual site visit, add and train new employees within the IMPACT system.
