Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Current knowledge of safe nursing practices, patient-centered care, and infection control standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Medical-Surgical setting
• Assess patient conditions and monitor for changes in status throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate patient care environment
