Registered Nurse Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• At least 1 year of acute care nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Advanced Telemetry nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred, but strong first-time travelers may be considered
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Ability to provide a complete skills checklist and current employment history
• Ability to manage a fast-paced Med/Surg and Telemetry patient population

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse in an acute care environment
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to telemetry changes
• Administer and titrate medications and infusions as indicated, including Cardizem and insulin drips for hyperglycemia
• Provide nursing care for patients receiving phenobarbital on telemetry units
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes
• Float to nearby units or locations as needed based on staffing needs
