Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients during a designated time frame. Care is provided using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources within the institution's philosophy. The RN ensures patient safety, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.
• ASN degree.
• Illinois state RN License in good standing.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree.

Additional Information:

• Floats to various inpatient units including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs (if applicable).
• Completes Unit Nurse Leader Training as needed.
• Precepts staff from various units as required.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality patient care.
