Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care within a professional healthcare environment. The RN will assume responsibility for a designated group of patients and utilize the nursing process, current nursing practices, technology, and available resources to deliver safe and effective care.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patient progress and promptly communicate changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and patient safety protocols.
Utilize healthcare technology and available resources effectively.
Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered care environment.
Requirements
Active Illinois RN License in good standing.
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
