Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care during 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient status and progress, providing updates to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic medical record systems.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care strategies.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts nursing license is required; candidates may apply for temporary or permanent licensing at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR is preferred.
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility.
