Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience (required).
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers will not be accepted).
Active RN License (required).
Current BCLS certification (required).
IV start experience (required).
Telemetry experience preferred.
Required Clinical Skills:
IV starts
General Medical-Surgical nursing care
Care of GI, surgical, renal, and telemetry patients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment
Must pass EKG testing prior to start
Schedule & Unit Requirements:
36 hours per week only
12-hour night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Comfortable managing a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, with the understanding that assignments may increase to 1:7 due to staffing needs.
Required to work every other weekend.
Floating to other Med/Surg units is required.
No blocked scheduling permitted.
Assignment length: 13 weeks or long
