Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $1,933 per week in Anderson, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active Nursing License required, pending license accepted prior to starting Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Must float to other MS units as needed; weekend shifts required every other week Description: Position for Registered Nurse in MS/Tele Float. Ratios are 1:6 for patient care. First-time applicants are accepted. Float requirements are necessary for this position. COVID-19 vaccine is required, with exemptions allowed. Flu vaccine is also required, with limited exemptions. Must submit all requests for time off with application. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 15 patients. Unit staff includes interdisciplinary support such as IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services. Familiarity with charting systems such as Epic is preferred. Candidates must possess skills in central line care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and management of IVs. All candidates will be part of a resource pool, floating to multiple units. Modules are required for training but are non-billable and completed prior to starting.
