Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,005 per week in Winston Salem, NC

The selected individual will work night shifts of 18:45 to 07:15. The patient population includes surgery patients, specifically in colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics, urology, and vascular categories. Target ratios for patient care are 1:6. Occasional floating will be required based on unit needs. Every other weekend will be expected. Adaptability to self-scheduling according to unit requirements is necessary. Candidates must have experience with IV management, telemetry monitoring, and central line management. The role involves using electronic charting systems for documentation. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in various nursing skills, including managing surgical drains and understanding isolation precautions. Team collaboration with interdisciplinary support from various services is essential. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and adherence to policies, including call-off guidelines.
